So today is Easter, and I don't really know what that means but I heard there are bunnies involved so I thought it was only appropriate that I got to go chase bunnies today...

I see one!

It got away...and I'm out of breath!

My mom was happy to spend the day outside and have us all together as a family enjoying "God's Country" as she says. She loves it out here, I've heard her say "if you didn't already know God was magnificent, all you gotta do is take a look around out here, it's amazing!"

So first off, my dad came home today, YAH! My mom went early to the airport so she could look at all this stuff they have on the Lewis and Clark expedition...

Did you know that Lewis and Clark split up during their trip back from the pacific and only Clark went through what is now Billings. They split up in what is now Missoula and reunited in what is now Williston, ND, more information on why that is interesting here. If they had only known then what they were standing on top of...makes you wonder!

I was good at this distance from the train, did not want to go any closer!

My mom had to work all day so the most exciting thing I did was go for a car ride and stick my head out the window.

Also got to FaceTime with my dad, but I just told him I better get an adventure when he gets home!

Scratch that post from yesterday, I am not happy!! My dad is having adventures without me! The picture of the mountains from yesterday (84/365), my dad decided to go hike those after he got done and look at this...

I had to go shopping with my mom today...seriously, shopping?!? I'm adventure dog, not fashionista dog. If you can't tell I'm in a bit of a "not-so-wagging tail" kinda mood. Mostly because I miss my dad but also because he sent these today...

My mom and I had to drop my dad off at the airport today and say goodbye to him for a week!!! He has to go over to Salt Lake City for some work training so it's just me and my mom all week....oh geez.

Getting a few ear scratches before he leaves...man he gives the best scratches!

Today was just me and my mom all day since my dad was gone flying.

Got to go on a car ride and stick my head out the window...

Stopped at the lake to do some exploring...

(This is the same lake that was frozen not too long ago! Remember this? )

Played a game of chase with my mom...

Stopped at the doggie toy store...

And then....my mom had to use the iron. FYI, you can add the ironing board and iron to the list of things I am terrified of...

But all in all a good day!

This was the look I gave my mom when she was trying to teach me to howl on command tonight...

You should have seen her...ridiculous! And please, I reserve howling only for the times when something has scared the bejesus out of me (and my voice usually cracks which is kinda embarrassing...)

Also, I just want to apologize for the not-so-exciting posts this week. Montana has some crazy weather in March, it's been raining, snowing, really windy, and then randomly warm this week. Supposed to snow all day tomorrow though so I get to go to doggie daycamp!

This is a field that my mom and I run by all the time. She loves it because it reminds her of Kansas and all the hard working farmers in our family...I love it because I love to run around  in fields really fast.

My dad and I decided to go show mom how we climb the rocks today since we were not able to make it to Yellowstone this weekend due to a snow storm.
